Influencer Campaign Manager

Our client in the automotive marketing industry is seeking a Influencer Campaign Manager, internal title is Creator Campaign Manager, to lead influencer and creator campaigns from strategy through execution. This role partners with clients, creators, and internal teams to deliver engaging content, manage relationships, and drive measurable campaign results.It is a fulltime position with a hybrid work schedule (Tues-Thurs) in Short Hills, New Jersey.What You'll DoLead creator and influencer campaigns from planning through reporting.Develop creator strategies aligned with client goals.Source, vet, and manage creators and influencers.Oversee briefs, content reviews, approvals, contracts, and compliance.Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and program logistics.Track performance and deliver client-facing reports and recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns.Build and maintain relationships within the creator community.What You'll Need4+ years of experience in influencer, creator, social media, or integrated marketing.Experience managing creator campaigns from strategy through execution.Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.Experience with creator partnerships, negotiations, and campaign management.Strong project management, communication, and client-facing skills.Experience managing budgets and multiple concurrent initiatives.Understanding of FTC guidelines, usage rights, and brand safety practices.Bachelor's degree preferred.Automotive or agency experience is a plus.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
