Campaign Manager, Influencer Marketing

Responsibilities
- Lead the client partnership, ensuring alignment to client KPIs, brand guidelines, and strategy are well defined and attainable within the campaign strategy.
- Lead weekly client and agency calls, leveraging your team to keep the client updated on progress and performance of campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and shared client teams, keeping them apprised of performance and campaign needs.
- Generate new relationships between brands and influencers by identifying new investment opportunities that align with campaign goals and audience fit.
- Learn about and apply influencer industry channels and trends to your client campaigns.
- Identify and implement efficiencies across VIP processes.
- Represent CJ through thought leadership with Junction articles and participation in industry events.
- Generate influencer and content strategies for seasonal and annual brand initiatives, driving platform and budget recommendations, creative concepts, and post frequency.
- Manage project/team workload, establishing workback schedules and ensuring delivery to client deadlines.
- Conduct campaign benchmarking and forecasting to ensure pitches are data-driven and purposeful.
- Work with analysts and influencer managers to deliver post-campaign analysis and whitelisting recommendations through campaign specialists.
- Oversee financial processes, including creating IOs and invoices, ensuring campaign specialists meet payment posting deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or related work experience and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the online marketing industry—ideally in digital performance, with 3 of those years in influencer or social media marketing.
- Clear and effective communicator, able to convey complex results in a simple, clear manner using solid business acumen and a competent command of digital marketing concepts.
- Strong leadership skills, able to create a team culture where everyone understands their roles and is held accountable for delivering results.
- Ability to execute a variety of tasks within designated time frames, delivering exceptional quality results and contributing directly to client campaigns.
- Ability to work across departments and divisions by building consensus and delivering on stated objectives.
- Results-oriented problem solver, comfortable leveraging data insights to build and support strategic outcomes.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Respectful of varying opinions and perspectives.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analytics experience required to create, analyze, and provide insights from reporting platforms.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong client presentation skills.
- Self-initiative and eagerness to enhance skillset.
- Knowledge of influencer platforms such as Captiv8.

Pay
Compensation range: USD $81,225.00 - USD $116,655.00 annually. The final compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant, along with the requirements of the position.
Schedule
Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office.
