Infeed Material Operator | Mooresville, NC | HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Immediately Hiring Infeed Material Operators!

• Weekly pay: $21.32 up to $26.12 per hour based on experience (with an additional $1 per hour as shift differential)
• Available Shifts: 7AM-7PM (DAYS 2-2-3 Schedule) or 7PM-7AM (NIGHTS 2-2-3 Schedule)

Job Duties

• Operate and troubleshoot all material blending systems
• Clean all material system filters, socks, and canisters
• Maintain material flow to all machines within your area of responsibility
• Monitor regrind usage and make adjustments based on departmental goals
• Complete all required paperwork
• Identify and properly label all materials put into gaylords for later use
• Maintain material hoses; replace when necessary
• Maintain housekeeping of all blender mezzanines, silo room, compressor area, and back aisle up to the railroad tracks
• Clean silo access rooms
• Write work orders for items in need of repair
• Communicate with following shift and operators
• Follow company safety procedures and policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Basic math skills
• Able to work 30’ off the ground
• Good communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels within the organization
• Able to lift 75 lbs occasionally as job demands
• Able to work standing or walking, in a hot environment, for 12 hours with appropriate breaks
