Infectious Disease - Full-Time NP/PA
Job Summary
The role is available at Atrium Health, a leading community-focused academic healthcare system serving North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. We are seeking experienced Physician Assistants and Acute Care Nurse Practitioners for our Infectious Disease Team in Kenilworth, North Carolina.
Who You Are
- Experienced APP with at least 3 years of experience required
- Graduate of an accredited program with certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner: Master’s or Doctorate of Nursing Practice required
- Must hold a valid RN license with acute care board certification, and certification in the area of practice from a nationally recognized certifying body
- Must hold or be eligible for licensure in North Carolina
- New grads will not be considered at this time
What You Will Do
100% Adult medicine; Hybrid position Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM clinic schedule Weekday hours only No night call required (Saturday/Sunday only as needed for infusion)
Setting includes both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities Practice model includes 19 physicians, 3 APPs, 7 RNs, 4 CMAs, 6 Ryan White support staff, and 5 clerical staff
