About This Role
We're looking for joyful caregivers and educators to join our team! Turn to Joy provides high-quality care for infants and toddlers in a responsive, nurturing setting. Position open in our South Hero location. Small group size, and welcoming environment.
What You'll Do
- Responsive and nurturing interactions with young children.
- Respectful and positive attitude.
- Play on the floor, initiating songs, games, positive encouragement.
- Planning and implementing learning activities that are developmentally appropriate and engaging.
- Communicating and collaborating with teams members about daily tasks including diapering, feeding, cleaning, and preparing for activities.
Requirements
- Completed an Associates Degree in a related field, or completed Child Care Certificate or the Child Care Apprenticeship program.
- Required trainings for Child Care in VT.
- Background Check and fingerprints.
