About the role
The role involves providing educational and developmental support to infants and toddlers in a childcare setting. This includes planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, observing children’s progress, and collaborating with parents and other caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for infants and toddlers
- Observe and document children’s growth and development
- Collaborate with parents and other caregivers to support child development
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Valid CPR and first aid certification
- Experience working with infants and toddlers preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Strong commitment to early childhood education
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and environments
Skills
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Proficiency in using technology for lesson planning and documentation

Schedule
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
