About the role
The role involves providing educational support to infants and toddlers in a childcare setting. This includes planning developmentally appropriate activities, observing children’s progress, and collaborating with parents and other caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities
- Observe and document children’s developmental milestones
- Collaborate with parents and other caregivers to support child development
- Adapt activities based on individual child needs
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Valid state certification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Experience working with infants and toddlers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Experience with curriculum development and implementation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Passion for early childhood education

Pay
Salary range: $X-$Y per hour
Schedule
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
