What You'll Do

• Give individualized care to each infant, including feeding, diaper changing, and playful interaction
• Organize and pack each child's belongings to ensure a smooth transition home
• Effectively manage the morning and afternoon routines, ensuring that each child and their belongings are accounted for
• Conclude the day by securing the room

Requirements

• A genuine passion for working with infants
• Previous experience in caring for infants
• Excellent communication skills to interact with parents at drop-off and pick-up
• Detailed-oriented approach to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper handling of children's belongings
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds, bend, twist, and sit on the floor as needed

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a childcare setting
