We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Infant Teacher to help us create a warm and nurturing environment that fosters growth and development in our infants. What You'll Do
- Create a fun and engaging environment that encourages positive development and creative growth in young children
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment
- Develop and implement schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Communicate effectively with parents on children's progress and growth
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of children's progress and development
Requirements
- Passionate about working with children and dedicated to providing high-quality care and education
- Able to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Positive and patient demeanor, with a focus on creating a calm and nurturing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Must possess an Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field, or have at least 12 ECE credits
- Previous experience in childcare, early childhood education, or related fields, with a focus on infant care and development
Nice To Haves
- Experience with the Creative Curriculum and familiarity with NAEYC accreditation standards
