Industrial System Transformation Supervisor

What You'll Do

• Ensure high-quality value assessments for the Industrial System Transformation meetings
• Own the inventory of efficiency opportunities across the Industrial System’s operating processes, sized and prioritized by value
• Own year-over-year efficiency targets for the Industrial System Finance transformation
• Create a 3-year Industrial System Investment Plan
• Develop and deliver of Industrial System Finance Talent Plan

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of Business Acumen - able to build, test and validate transformation business cases and transformation value assessment
• 5+ years of Project Management - able to coordinate and organize a broad portfolio of transformation priorities and action registers
• 5+ years of Training & Development - capable of sourcing and/or developing topical training material and developmental experiences and track an organize roll out / delivery
• 3+ years of Transformation - skilled at using process flow diagrams, value stream maps, lean principles of daily management, key performance indicators, action registers, maturity models, etc. to drive value
• 3+ years of Collaborator and Coach - skilled in partnering and influencing across a wide breadth of levels and teams
