• Waste Services: Customized waste processing solutions for hazardous and non-hazardous industrial and commercial waste, including landfill diversion, solidification of liquid waste, recycling, wastewater treatment, and waste sequestration.
• Railcar Services: Specialty cleaning services for difficult-to-clean products (chemicals, hardened materials, pressurized gases) and comprehensive repair services for certified full-service repairs, tank car qualifications, and maintenance.
• Marine Services: State-of-the-art barge cleaning, repair, and gas-free facilities for various chemical solvents and downstream petroleum products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner.
• Unload and load wastes in conformance to company rules and regulations.
• Load, unload, and sample solid waste safely in accordance with Company, federal, state, and local regulations/rules.
• Operate heavy machinery in confined areas.
• Operate a fork truck with attachments.
• Perform daily inspections on operating equipment.
• Perform basic operator maintenance.
• Perform basic spill cleanup and housekeeping duties as directed.
• Maintain work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Use PPE: Boots, Gloves, Eye/Ear Protection, and Reflective clothing.
• Shovel, sweep, and clean assigned areas periodically throughout the day.
• Identify and report safety hazards.
• Perform any other duty assigned by Management.
• Basic knowledge of Flair Operations.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of shipping, receiving, and warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to operate a forklift and other heavy equipment.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Mechanic experience (preferred).
• Ability to lift 51 lbs. unassisted.
• Basic math, reading comprehension, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work in a dusty environment doing repetitive motions in any weather.
• Ability to work independently or as a team.
• Dependable.
• Must be able to pass a Pulmonary Function test and respirator fit test.
