Industrial Services Laborer

About the role

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking Industrial Services General Laborers to work at various customer locations. This position serves as a representative of HPC-Industrial, focusing on the successful execution of water treatment systems, pipeline hydrostatic testing, and other responsibilities. Transitioning military members are encouraged to apply as this role leverages their skills and training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining a safe work environment at all times.
• Operate manual and automated Hydroblasting equipment.
• Operate special equipment such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps.
• Energize pumping equipment and specialized Hydroblasting and Chemical cleaning equipment.
• Examine surfaces cleaned to meet company and customer standards.
• Perform routine and required maintenance on units and peripherals, including industrial vacuuming equipment.
• Handle the disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Conduct additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training and on-the-job training.
• Language proficiency: Understand English to comprehend safety training and respond to emergency situations.
• Valid driver license and comply with company's driving policy when using company vehicles or on company business.
• OSHA certification may be required for this job.
• Knowledgeable in emergency equipment operation, such as fire extinguishers.
• Ability to provide Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC).

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid TWIC required or ability to obtain TWIC.
• Availability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this role. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as location, experience, skills, and business needs. In addition to the base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
