Industrial Security Analyst

About the role

This CPSO position supports a fast-paced, high-profile program. Responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and leveraging working relationships with internal and external customers; developing and administering security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment; studying and implementing federal security regulations; obtaining rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations; preparing manuals and establishing procedures; conducting security education classes and related briefings; investigating security violations; and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
• Study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company operations.
• Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.
• Prepare manuals outlining regulations and establish procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitor’s access to restricted records and materials.
• Conduct security education classes and related briefings.
• Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of CPSO, Industrial Security, or relevant experience, or an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's.
• Knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures.
• Current Active Top Secret Clearance.
• US Citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with DISS, SIMS, and/or JADE.
• CPSO experience preferred.

Skills

• Knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures.

Pay

The primary level salary range for this position is $72,400.00 - $108,600.00. Base salary offers are determined based on a number of factors including the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may also be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
