Industrial Security Analyst

This position is based in Melbourne, Florida and does not offer relocation assistance. A Secret clearance is required to start, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance is necessary. Travel is expected to be 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain methodologies to detect unusual behavior, identify suspicious trends, and potential breaches
• Conduct in-depth investigations when anomalies, behavior, trends, or potential breaches are identified
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess risk and determine mitigation strategies
• Conduct focused and timely interviews to collect information of value
• Prepare detailed reports and assessments from findings for senior management
• Develop and present training and awareness briefings to the workforce
• Maintain accountability of classified material or classified media
• Review and verify personnel security clearances and SAP access through queries to government security databases and systems
• Maintain liaison with government agencies, external customers, contractors, employees, and managers
• Implement policies and procedures for responding to security incidents, and for investigating and reporting security violations and incidents

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant security experience OR an additional 4 years of relevant security experience in lieu of a degree
• Ability to transfer and maintain a final adjudicated U.S. government Secret clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any required program access within a reasonable period
• Ability to obtain and maintain a final adjudicated U.S. government Top-Secret clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any required program access within a reasonable period
• U.S. citizenship
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong technical writing and briefing skills
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Operational experience in Counterintelligence, Human Intelligence, or Intelligence Analyst roles
• Operational experience in Law Enforcement Investigations
• Experience with Intrusion Detection Systems
• Experience maintaining Automated Access Control Systems
• Experience with DISS, SIMS, JADE, or similar databases
• Working knowledge of DoD, SAP, and SCI programs to provide procedural and policy guidance
• Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion
• Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines
• Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay

Primary salary range: $65,500.00 – $98,300.00. The final offer considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may also be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
