Industrial Security Analyst
About the role
with. Then "Roles and Responsibilities:" list items. We'll put
Responsibilities
with- .
Then "Basic Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". Could combine into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content.
"Basic Qualifications" likely Requirements. "Preferred Qualifications" could be Qualifications or Skills? Might be Qualifications. We'll treat Basic Qualifications as Requirements, Preferred Qualifications as Qualifications.
Skills: maybe from Preferred Qualifications includes "Ability to prioritize and multi-task..." etc. Could be Skills. But we can also put those under Qualifications. However we need to avoid thin sections. Let's see.
We have salary range: Primary Level Salary Range: $75,800.00 - $113,800.00. That's Pay.
Benefits: mention health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company paid holidays, PTO. Also mention overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, annual bonuses, long term incentives for VP/Director. That's Benefits.
Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time. That could be Schedule? Travel percentage maybe schedule? But schedule usually refers to work schedule (full-time, part-time, shift). Not given. Travel is not schedule. So we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states schedule. It does not. So omit Schedule.
Clearance info: "CLEARANCE REQUIRED FOR START: Yes CLEARANCE TYPE: Secret TRAVEL: Yes, 10% of the Time". This is metadata; we can fold into a short
maybe under About the role or separate? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we can include a short paragraph with clearance and travel info. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, application instructions, etc. Also remove "The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days..." that's application instruction? It's about timeline; maybe considered application instruction? It's not exactly instruction to apply, but it's about posting duration. Might be considered boilerplate? Safer to drop it. Also remove "Northrop Grumman is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Remove U.S. Citizenship statement? That's maybe relevant but could be considered EEO? It's a requirement for clearance. Might be relevant. But it's about citizenship requirement; could be included under Requirements? Might be considered minor metadata. I'd include it as part of Requirements maybe. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep clearance requirement, travel percentage, relocation assistance (no). Also "RELOCATION ASSISTANCE: No relocation assistance available". That's substantive; we can include in a short paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. Now construct HTML. We'll have:

Then maybe a short paragraph for metadata:Clearance: Secret clearance required for start; ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance and SAP approval. Travel: Yes, approximately 10% of the time. Relocation assistance: Not available.

Pay
Primary Level Salary Range: $75,800.00 - $113,800.00 (base salary; factors include scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, market conditions; eligibility for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, annual bonuses, and long‑term incentives as noted).
We must not include Schedule. Now ensure we didn't repeat job title as heading. We didn't. Check for any boilerplate left: We removed EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, application instructions, etc. We removed the paragraph about application period and EEO statement. Also removed "U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions." We kept a line about citizenship in Requirements. That's okay. Check for any duplicated lines: We have clearance info also in metadata paragraph and also in Requirements; that's duplication but we need to preserve all substantive information; duplication may be okay but we could avoid duplication by not repeating. However the metadata paragraph includes clearance and travel and relocation. The Requirements also includes clearance. Might be considered duplication but still preserving info. Might be okay but could be considered redundant. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't forbid duplication. However better to avoid duplication by not repeating clearance in metadata if we already have it in Requirements. But metadata paragraph also includes travel and relocation which are not elsewhere. So we could keep metadata paragraph with travel and relocation only, and mention clearance in Requirements only. Let's adjust. Metadata paragraph: "Travel: Yes, approximately 10% of the time. Relocation assistance: Not available." Also maybe mention "Clearance required for start: Secret" but we have that in Requirements. Could include brief note but it's okay to omit to avoid duplication. However the instruction says fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. So we can include a short paragraph with travel and relocation. Clearance is not minor? It's substantive but we have it in Requirements. So we can omit from metadata. Thus metadata paragraph: "
Travel: Yes, approximately 10% of the time. Relocation assistance: Not available.
" Now ensure we didn't miss any other substantive info: The description about CSSO administering etc is in Responsibilities. The "Basic Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications" captured. The salary range captured. Benefits captured. The note about "Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay." Already in Benefits. The note about "Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results." In Benefits. The note about "Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives." In Benefits. The note about "Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business." In Benefits. The note about "The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date. However, this timeline may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates." This is application instruction; we drop. The EEO statement drop. The U.S. Citizenship statement we included in Requirements. Now check for any other info: "Primary Level Salary Range: $75,800.00 - $113,800.00
