Industrial Sanitary Welder

Location: Dayton, NJ

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:50 PM

Pay

$36 – $42 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality welding on piping and components to meet sanitary standards
• Fabricate and install custom sanitary process piping, tanks, and structural components based on blueprints and isometric drawings
• Ensure welds are free from contamination, pinholes, and defects, using borescopes and dye-penetrant testing when needed
• Fit, tack, and assemble piping systems including elbows, tees, valves, and flanges
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, valves, conveyors, and mixers
• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems
• Follow all safety procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Relevant experience in welding and maintenance in an industrial/manufacturing setting
• Certification required
• Sanitary welding experience in food, beverage, dairy, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
