About the role

The role involves leading a team of developers to build innovative software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and testing software applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in software development.
• Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team of developers.
