About the role
The role involves leading a team of developers to build innovative software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality products on time.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and testing software solutions
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project success
- Contribute to the development of technical strategies and roadmaps
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL)
- Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Experience with DevOps tools and processes
