What You Will Do

  • Participate in structured paid training at our headquarters in Exton, where you will receive ongoing mentorship, professional development, and in-depth product training.
  • Learn full cycle outside sales and relationship building skills with new and existing customers.
  • Work alongside experienced Account Managers during onsite customer visits.
  • Learn about the latest industrial technology, and how to apply it to real world applications.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field (preferred).
  • Coursework, training or certifications in Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering (preferred).
  • Internship or co-op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment (preferred).
  • Mechanical interest and aptitude.
  • Willingness to relocate for training (12+ months) and for final placement at completion of program.
  • Competitive in nature with a passion for winning and a commitment to delivering top results in a performance-based environment.
