About the role
The role involves leading a team of developers to build innovative software solutions. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring high-quality code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Ensure high-quality code through rigorous testing and documentation
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to develop and implement new features
- Contribute to the design and development of software architecture
- Participate in code reviews and mentoring junior developers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular)
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards
