Industrial Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own the full-desk, 360-degree recruitment process from sourcing to placement for manufacturing and industrial clients
• Source, screen, and select well-matched candidates for roles including production operators, machinists, assemblers, and warehouse operators
• Strategically build a pipeline of top-tier manufacturing and industrial talent through outreach, recruiting platforms, AI tools, events, and referrals
• Develop meaningful relationships with client companies, communicate proactively, and deliver a first-class customer experience
• Prep candidates for interviews, negotiate pay rates, close placements, and overcome objections
• Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics including outreach, screenings, submittals, placements, revenue, and quality KPIs
• Master the ETS internal tech stack including CRM, communication platforms, Google Workspace, and AI platforms
• Positively contribute to ETS culture and enhance our brand and reputation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. New grads encouraged to apply
• 2+ years of business development or account management experience preferred
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by results
• Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging AI and social media as part of a recruiting strategy
• Motivated by a commission-based compensation structure
• Team player with a track record of making the people around you better
