Key Responsibilities
- Oversee property operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis
- Build strong tenant relationships and address their needs proactively
- Conduct site visits and coordinate maintenance, capital improvements, and vendor management
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and market analyses for strategic decisions
- Manage lease processes, including renewals and tenant improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements
- Develop and mentor staff to enhance team performance
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- Real estate license within six months of hire
- 3+ years in commercial property management with tenant relations success
- Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and CAM reconciliations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, and Excel
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing industrial portfolios
- Background in capital projects and construction oversight
- Knowledge of sustainability initiatives and LEED properties
