About the role
Property Manager overseeing an industrial portfolio of 10-15 properties in New Jersey and Long Island. All on-site presence required.
Responsibilities
- Lead property operations and ensure tenant satisfaction
- Build strong tenant relationships
- Coordinate maintenance, capital improvements, and vendor management
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and market analyses
- Manage lease processes and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
- Conduct site visits and develop staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- Real estate license within six months of hire
- 3+ years of commercial property management experience with success in tenant relations and financial analysis
- Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Industrial portfolio management experience
- Capital project oversight experience
