Industrial Projects - Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Adhere to HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) requirements
• Adhere to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and SAP
• Adhere to Air & Ocean general KPIs
• Coordinate logistics service to the project up to destination(s)
• Coordinate communication between Service Providers and DHL
• Coordinate operation and logistic teams at key locations, in close cooperation with the Project Manager
• Liaise closely with other locations to ensure strong communication links are maintained
• Liaise, in close cooperation with service providers, to coordinate transport of cargo from ports of entry to final destination
• Ground level logistics planning
• Participate in coordination of all shipments
• Support team members during peak periods in different areas of operation when required
• Review KPIs with Project Manager to identify areas of improvement
• Ensure project compliance with Customs and other shipping regulations
• Cooperate and work closely with other team members in other locations
• Attend meetings with the entire Logistics Team to give and receive information and feedback
• Provide motivation and drive to deliver in an integrated team environment and proactively contribute toward meeting the project’s overall objectives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in logistics or a related field
• Strong operational skills
• Strong knowledge of logistics
• Heavy lift domestic trucking experience
• Strong teamwork skills

Pay

$87,030.00 - $116,040.00+ (based on experience)
