Industrial Project Manager

About the role

The Industrial Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale industrial projects. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans that align with business objectives
• Oversee project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Experience with project cost estimation and budgeting

Skills

• Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, etc.) are a plus
• Strong understanding of industrial processes and equipment
• Experience with project risk management and mitigation strategies
• Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
