Industrial - Production & Maintenance Manager - Andrews, SC

We are seeking a hands-on Production & Maintenance Manager to oversee daily plant operations within a small manufacturing environment. This role is approximately 75% focused on production leadership and 25% focused on maintenance management, making it an excellent opportunity for a manufacturing leader who enjoys balancing operational performance, equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
