About the role
DEXCO, an industry-leading manufacturer of heavy-duty industrial storage and structural racking systems, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead their team in Leola, PA.
Responsibilities
- Lead the maintenance and reliability strategies that protect investments, reduce downtime, and keep the operation moving forward.
- Develop maintenance and engineering professionals while building a culture centered on safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare the operation for significant growth over the next five years by working directly with senior leadership, including the CEO and CFO.
- Turn ideas into meaningful improvements quickly with the ability to implement changes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in a maintenance manufacturing background.

Pay
Earn up to $120,000 per year or more based on experience, with the opportunity to increase your earning potential as the company grows.
