About the role
The Industrial Piping Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for industrial piping projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for industrial piping projects
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements
- Review and analyze technical drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial piping estimating
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of industrial piping systems and materials
- Experience with estimating software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar drafting software
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
