Industrial Painter / Coatings Specialist - 3rd shift

About the role

We are seeking experienced Coating Specialists/Industrial Painters to join our 3rd-shift team in Lancaster, PA. Coating Specialists/Painters are responsible for preparing metal surfaces and applying standard finishes—including paint and metalizing—to machined parts and steel bridge beams.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday, 8:30 pm to 7:00 am. A 25% shift differential is added to the hourly base rate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal surfaces for coating
• Apply specified finishes (paint, metalizing, etc.) using spray guns
• Work from prints, specification tables, and adjustable layout/measurement instruments
• Apply coatings to steel bridge beams and cross members

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous painting experience with spray guns desired
• Sandblasting or powder coating experience a plus
