Industrial Painter / Coatings Specialist - 3rd shift

About the role

We are seeking experienced Coating Specialists/Industrial Painters to join our 3rd-shift team. You will prepare metal surfaces and apply standard finishes—including paint and metalizing—to machined parts and steel bridge components.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday, 8:30 pm to 7:00 am
• 25 % shift differential added to hourly base rate

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal surfaces for coating
• Apply paint and other finishes using spray equipment
• Perform sandblasting and powder-coating tasks
• Read prints and specification tables
• Use adjustable layout and measuring instruments
• Apply specified coatings to steel bridge beams and cross members

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous painting experience with spray guns
• Sandblasting or powder-coating experience is a plus
