Industrial Painter

Responsibilities

• Preparing metal parts for painting.
• To perform the painting process with wet paint.
• To paint the paint deformations and minor damage that occur in the products during the production phase, with appropriate touch-up paints, including experience with spray pots and spray guns.
• To give the final confirmation from the handheld terminal after the packaging is finished.
• To use the work area clean and orderly during production.
• To realize the production according to the specified standards and technical drawings.
• To enter the dimensions into the machine control panel.
• To make the machine safer and more convenient.
• To carry out their work in accordance with the information in the work order.
• To ensure the movement of large materials such as chassis and tanks to be painted in the wet paint shop with the overhead crane.
• To be primarily responsible for manufacturing the parts in accordance with their specifications.
• To make a visual control of the raw material or semi-finished product to be put into production before it is put into production, and otherwise notify the supervisor.
• To work in accordance with occupational health, safety, and quality requirements by using tools, equipment, and equipment effectively in the shipping process.
• To comply with the Quality, Environment and OHS rules in the enterprise. Participating in training organizations conducted when needed.
• To be obliged to comply with all kinds of precautions and rules regarding Occupational Health and Safety.
• To share opinions, complaints, and suggestions about Workplace, OHS, Environment and Quality with the department manager.
• To identify risks and opportunities in Quality Assurance, Environment and OHS Management Systems. To take part in risk reduction studies.
• To use the work area clean and orderly during production.
• To fulfill every task given by the manager in line with the production targets.

Qualification

• Education Background: Min. High School (preferably technical units)
• Work Experience: Between 2-5 years Experiences
