Cycle Time & Capacity Analysis
- Conduct detailed cycle-time studies
- Break down a full technician cycle to identify bottlenecks/inefficiencies
- Develop capacity models and operational breakdowns
- Perform line balancing to optimize throughput and workflow
Continuous Improvement & Lean Support
- Lead and participate in Gemba/GAMA walks
- Facilitate Value Stream Mapping (VSM) sessions
- Implement cycle-time and capacity improvements
Integration with Operations
- Work closely with technical teams assembling complex electromechanical equipment
- Ensure improvements are practical, grounded in operations, and sustainable
Targeting
- Experience in Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineering, or similar
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Capacity analysis
- Cycle-time studies
- Lean manufacturing fundamentals
- Ability to analyze long, complex operations and decompose them into measurable tasks
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, time studies, capacity modeling)
- Excellent communication and comfort speaking with managers, technicians, and floor leaders
- Experience supporting or analyzing complex electromechanical equipment
- Leverage Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt
- Exposure to automation systems or ability to identify potential engineering/automation opportunities

Pay
USD10 - USD100 per hour + health, dental, vision benefits, 401K & PTO
