Responsibilities

• Directly supervises mechanical field crews in the execution of projects.
• Ensures adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Manages project budgets and schedules.
• Communicates effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial mechanical field operations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Experience with project management software.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.

Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
