The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications, budget, and timelines. Responsibilities Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.Consult with clients, vendors, and personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.Manage and coordinate project progress and logistics from initiation to completion.Monitor compliance with safety guidelines and regulatory standards.Assess operational risks and provide strategic solutions.Prepare detailed reports on project status, adjustments, and transitions.
