About the role

Shamrock Services, LLC seeks multicrafted journeymen with millwright, ironworker, or boilermaker skills and experience. This is a full-time position requiring prior work experience in at least one of these crafts. Successful applicants must understand and be knowledgeable of general safety rules and regulations, contribute to the overall productivity of their crew, and provide physical labor and skills to a wide range of maintenance and construction trades on industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Performing jobs in the field at customer locations
• Performing welding, pipefitting, carpentry, mechanical, rigging, construction, or general labor based upon skills and experience
• Utilizing hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintaining company tools, equipment, and vehicles in a professional manner
• Communicating equipment and supply needs to direct line supervisor
• Following proper safety and incident reporting procedures
• Providing support and supervision for Millwright/Welding Services employees
• Recognizing, addressing, and resolving issues for customers
• Maintaining work standards and outlining behavioral expectations to ensure team morale and productivity
• Ensuring team compliance with project and company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be a self-starter with a desire for accomplishment
• Must have extensive experience with industrial machinery installation, repair, and maintenance, with problem-solving skills
• Must be able to do short-term travel
• Must successfully complete a thorough background and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• Must participate in random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing as requested
• Must possess a satisfactory 7-year MVR for hire and as a condition of continued employment
