Essential Job Functions
- Assigned mechanical job duties to maintain and repair building and food processing equipment.
- Complete repairs during the processing season to meet production goals.
- Inspect, repair and maintain machinery and equipment throughout the facility.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace machinery as required.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and PM completed.
- Monitor equipment operation making any necessary adjustments.
- Request parts and supplies for the completion of assigned projects.

- Strong maintenance skills
- Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment
- Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally
