About the role
We're looking for a reliable Mechanic to join our team to help install, maintain, and repair the industrial machinery that keeps our manufacturing floor running. Whether you're early in your mechanical career or an experienced tradesperson looking for a structured, safety-focused shop to grow in, this role gives you real equipment to work on and real people to learn from.
Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, dismantle, and reassemble industrial machinery and equipment
- Diagnose and repair basic mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Replace defective components using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently
- Conduct testing to verify proper equipment operation after repairs
- Use precision measuring tools and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
- Collaborate with engineers and maintenance personnel to improve machine performance
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and properly care for tools and equipment
- Follow all safety regulations and document maintenance and repair work
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical or trade school training preferred
- Entry level to 4 years of experience as a mechanic in a manufacturing environment
- Basic ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Experience using general hand tools and shop equipment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Able to multitask and work independently or as part of a team
Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
- Eligibility to access information or technology governed by U.S. export control laws (10 C.F.R. Part 810, EAR, and/or ITAR)
- Successful completion of a background check
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and randomized drug testing during employment
- Ability to meet the posted work schedule and required hours
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Compliance with all company safety policies and required PPE
- Completion of required safety and compliance training
Skills
- Basic ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints

Pay
Competitive starting hourly rate up to $34/hour based on experience, qualifications, and market data
Schedule
Full-time | Monday–Friday 5:00AM–1:30PM | On-site
