Troubleshooting and Maintenance
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chemical processing and manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain pumps, motors, conveyors, gearboxes, augers, pneumatic systems, and other industrial machinery.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Install new equipment and support facility improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field or five or more years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience.
- Experience rebuilding rotary vane pumps.
- Strong skills in pipe fitting, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and blueprint reading.
- Familiarity with metric measurements and mechanical tolerances.
- Basic understanding of industrial electrical theory and safe work practices.
- Ability to work at heights and safely operate high-lift equipment.
- Must have, or be willing to acquire, basic hand tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
- Experience with ink, resin, or chemical processing equipment is a plus.

Pay and Schedule
- $28.00 – $32.00 / hour, based on relevant experience and work history.
- Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, with overtime as business needs require.
