Industrial Maintenance Technician (Union)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Performing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Aiding with machine installations, moves, and equipment setup.
• Supporting plant layout changes and production improvements.
• Leveling, aligning, lubricating, and maintaining equipment.
• Identifying opportunities to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Working safely and contributing to a culture focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in industrial maintenance, machine repair, mechanical troubleshooting, manufacturing, or related trades.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with preventative maintenance practices.
• Welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, or fabrication experience.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and continuously develop your skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a drug test.

• Industrial maintenance.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $32-$35 per hour.
