Industrial Maintenance Technician **Sign On Bonus**

Role Summary

Bringing Home the Dough Industrial Maintenance Technicians ensure optimal efficiency by performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, prioritizing safety and quality. They must possess a technical mindset, strong mechanical capabilities, and flexibility to rotate job assignments across various bakery areas.

Role Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe work habits, proper tool selection and usage, general shop practices, maintenance tasks, and general knowledge of support equipment
• Perform proper component lubrication and conduct preventive maintenance on specific equipment
• Identify mechanical wear and troubleshoot, replace mechanical drive and conveyor components
• Use SAP software for parts checkout, reporting, and general data entry
• Practice learned knowledge of environmental and maintenance programs
• Maintain clean and safe work environment
• Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
• Perform other duties deemed integral to the job, including but not limited to fulfilling work schedules, adhering to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies, and procedures
• Possess or attain licenses required by their respective municipal, county/ward, or state regulatory agencies to work with boilers, refrigeration components, and various other job-related equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a technician
• Experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, welding, electrical, industrial equipment, automotive repairs, or related field

Essential Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, Technical/Trade School certification or diploma a plus

Pay

Salary Range: $33.20 to start and $34.40 after 90 days
