Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain recipes and formulations for new and existing products
• Ensure compliance with all quality control and safety standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product development processes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing products
• Support the implementation of new technologies and methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development or similar role
• Strong understanding of food science principles and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food processing techniques and equipment
• Experience with quality assurance and testing procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
