Industrial Maintenance Technician (Night Shift) - $33-$37/hr + Bonus

Responsibilities

• Help keep automated systems running smoothly by performing both planned and reactive maintenance
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and offer support to equipment operators
• Support daily operations through accurate tracking of maintenance tasks in CMMS and apply 5S principles

Requirements

• Relevant Electrical and/or Mechanical qualification
• Post-secondary training from a technical school or vocational program (e.g., Electrician, Millwright)
• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Practical mindset with the ability to learn new tasks quickly
• Skilled in mechanical repairs and use of hand/power tools (a must)
• Familiarity with AC systems up to 600/400/480 volts and DC systems up to 24 volts
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, symbols, and electrical measuring tools
• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical drive technology (e.g., motors and gears)
• Familiarity with control technology (e.g., controls, inverters)
• Basic understanding of PLC logic
• Ability to climb vertical ladders and work at heights up to 100 feet (30 meters) with training and PPE
• Willing to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends (shifts based on hire date and operational needs)

Qualifications

• 1–2 years minimum experience as an Electromechanical Technician
• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing automated systems (e.g., conveyors, cranes, hoists)
• Skilled in mechanical repairs and use of hand/power tools (a must)
• Familiarity with AC systems up to 600/400/480 volts and DC systems up to 24 volts
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, symbols, and electrical measuring tools
• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical drive technology (e.g., motors and gears)
• Familiarity with control technology (elevator controls, inverters)
• Basic understanding of PLC logic
• Ability to climb vertical ladders and work at heights up to 100 feet (30 meters) with training and PPE, such as fall protection harness
• Willing to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends (shifts based on hire date and operational needs)
