As a Maintenance Technician I, you will play a critical role in keeping our manufacturing equipment and production operations running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Assist with the repair and maintenance of production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as lubricating machinery, cleaning equipment, and replacing minor components.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose basic equipment issues, escalating complex repairs to senior maintenance technicians as needed.
  • Utilize basic hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to support maintenance activities.
  • Follow all company safety policies, operating procedures, and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and document repairs, inspections, and equipment performance.
  • Support equipment uptime and production efficiency by responding to maintenance needs in a timely manner.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and development programs to build technical skills and maintenance knowledge.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance team members to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in a maintenance, manufacturing, or technical role preferred.
  • Experience using basic hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Technical certification or training in mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance, or a related field is a plus.

Skills

  • Basic mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn advanced maintenance systems and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience using iPads and software applications.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

  • Must stand, walk, and lift heavy materials up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Work in a safety-focused, fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and other potential hazards.
  • PPE is required.
