Industrial Maintenance Technicians ensure optimal efficiency is achieved by performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, with safety and quality standards being a top priority. They must possess a technical mindset and demonstrate strong mechanical capabilities, while being flexible and adaptable as they will be required to rotate job assignments throughout various areas of the bakery.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate safe work habits, proper tool selection and usage, general shop practices, maintenance tasks, thorough knowledge of support equipment, critical and non-critical equipment components, and equipment operational sequencing
- Demonstrate knowledge of electrical welding, gas welding, cutting, soldering, pipe fittings, and metal fabrication (milling and lathe)
- Identify and inspect mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components
- Rebuild mechanical drive components such as clutches, brakes, etc.
- Verify and correct mechanical timing
- Perform proper component lubrication and conduct preventive maintenance on specific equipment
- Identify mechanical wear and identify, troubleshoot, and replace mechanical drive and conveyor components
- Identify, wire, and troubleshoot electrical components
- Use SAP software for parts checkout, reporting, and general data entry
- Practice learned knowledge of environmental and maintenance programs
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical/Trade School certification or diploma a plus
- Possess or attain licenses required by their respective municipal, county/ward or state regulatory agencies to work with boilers, refrigeration components and various other job-related equipment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a technician in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, welding, electrical, industrial equipment, automotive repairs, or related field

Pay
Salary Range- $33.95 - $38.19
