Industrial Maintenance Technician - Day Shift

Marvin Composites is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician at our Fargo, ND location. In this role, you’ll help keep our facility and manufacturing equipment running efficiently. You’ll take on a variety of tasks including troubleshooting, repairing, performing preventive maintenance, and ordering parts while helping ensure equipment reliability across the plant. Play a key role in maintaining our high standards of quality and have the opportunity to take ownership of your work and see the direct impact of your contributions.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely support, perform preventive and reactive maintenance, identify root causes, and ensure thorough follow-up on equipment issues
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Plan work effectively, coordinating with production & leadership to ensure success
• Order parts as needed to keep our equipment running smoothly
• Monitor and maintain facility equipment to minimize downtime and scrap
• Continuously improve equipment, processes, methods, etc, to drive innovation

Requirements

• A two-year technical degree or a comparable level of knowledge and skills acquired through relevant work experience
• Ability to perform accurate and thorough work with attention to detail

Skills

• Strong Electrical and Mechanical skills
• Familiarity with PLCs, control systems, and industrial automation
