Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain safe working environment and culture within the organization
• Take care of company property
• Function in a team environment
• Work without direct supervision
• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance and service on various products as directed
• Diagnose and report any damage to the Manager
• Create accurate and legible parts and repair list for assigned products
• Review list of parts with Manager and obtain approval to continue with servicing and repair
• Test all repaired equipment for proper operation and quality

Skill Requirements

• Electrical and/or mechanical repair experience
• Technically sound
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including smart devices
• Synthesizes technical information and communicates it clearly
• Derives insight from customer experience to produce outcomes and solve moderately complex problems
• Knowledge of DC electric and circuit testing skills
• Knowledge of AC electric motors, up to 500v systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools and lifting equipment
• Ability to demonstrate logical troubleshooting processes
• Familiarity with fluke meter and megger testing
• Experience requirements: Work experience preferred, 0 to 2 years of technical work experience, 1 year preferred

Knowledge Requirements
