About the role

Industrial Maintenance Technicians at Kleen Test Products (KTP) are manufacturing mechanics with diverse experience in fabrication, welding, electrical repair, preventive checks and service, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities

• Repair all production equipment and plant equipment.
• Execute line and equipment changeovers.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems during production.
• Promote teamwork by discussing issues, brainstorming solutions, sharing experience, and learning from one another.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of applicable experience, preferably with high‑speed packaging, processing, or other manufacturing equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; ability to apply basic principles to hands‑on situations.
• Analytical problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent multi‑tasking skills and ability to “change gears” frequently.
• Proven ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining composure and respect for everyone.
• Strong work ethic, proven safety record, and a collaborative mindset.
• Availability for an in‑person, on‑site interview in Mequon, WI.

Schedule

Available Shift: B Shift – Monday through Thursday, 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM.
