Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to ensure optimal efficiency
- Adhere to safety and quality standards
- Seek and acquire ongoing training to keep up with technological advancements
- Practice safe work habits, proper tool selection, and general shop practices
- Assist with preventive maintenance as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical/Trade School certification or diploma preferred
- Experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, welding, electrical, industrial equipment, automotive repairs, or related fields

Pay
The starting salary range is $26.60 per hour, with a potential 90-day raise to $28.00 per hour for night and weekend shifts. Additional compensation of $2.00 per hour is available for these shifts.
