Industrial Maintenance Technician

Roles and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe work habits
• Proper tool selection and usage
• General shop practices
• Maintenance tasks
• Knowledge of support equipment
• Thorough knowledge of critical equipment components and operational sequencing
• Identify and inspect mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components
• Rebuild mechanical drive components such as clutches, brakes, etc.
• Verify and correct mechanical timing
• Perform proper component lubrication
• Conduct preventive maintenance on specific equipment
• Identify mechanical wear
• Identify, troubleshoot, and replace mechanical drive and conveyor components
• Use SAP software for parts checkout, reporting, and general data entry
• Maintain clean and safe work environment
• Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as deemed by management

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a technician in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, welding, electrical, industrial equipment, automotive repairs, or related field
• High school diploma or equivalent, Technical/Trade School certification or diploma a plus

Pay and Schedule

• Starting pay rate: $29.09/hr - $39.39/hr - Depending on experience
