Industrial Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and perform repairs
• Respond quickly to equipment issues to minimize production downtime
• Aid in installation and setup of new machinery and equipment
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation of repairs
• Work with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Comfortable working around production equipment and performing physical tasks
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read schematics or diagrams
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or welding is a plus
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay and Incentives

• Starting pay $17+/hr. depending on experience
